Lease description: This lease Seasonal. We are offering -1- pasture to group of no more than -2- hunters. The fee is $3000. per hunter. We offer: Per Hunter: -1-mature Whitetail Buck (8 points or better), Plus -2- White tail Doe.  From now until Sept 1 you may construct blinds, build feed pens, and run feeders. Lease runs from June  24,  2026 to 1st Sunday in January 2027. We allow you to refill feeders  with prior notice/text in advance of coming to the lease. We offer Whitetail deer and Rio Grande Turkey. Axis deer are often found on the Lease. We offer Mature Whitetail 8-point bucks in conjunction with our 24 year membership in the Menard County WMA. We strictly follow Game management guidelines as set by our Texas Parks and Wildlife Game Biologist. The family has owned and lived on the Ranch since 1874. We offer a trailer /Rv campsite with your easy hookup to the local electric co-op. Pressure water. Lease is offered on as starting basis for possible long term Leasing if both parties agree. We are looking for a few family friendly management minded hunters. We are all about wildlife management and outdoor family fun. We are not a party lease, we are here to hunt and enjoy the outdoors. Children are more than welcome after all they are the future of our second amendment rights and what better way to get them off technology and get them in the outdoors. We pass on 4&1/2 year old 8 and 10 points, but shoot culls so the kiddos have their opportunity to enjoy hunting. We are MLD 3/ conservation so we hunt fron the 1st weekend in October till February 28th with riffle. Let’s enjoy the outdoors and hunt a longer rifle season together. We are serious about our hunting and family friendly environment so if you can’t be respectful please don’t respond.
