2800 acres mostly low fenced, game managed protein fed 2015-2024 and  has not been hunted since 2023. Deer herd has been corn fed continually during 2025; however started off 2025 with protein and keep cell cameras on the feeder pens.. We are looking for hunters that have the same experience and high values that we have. So we may not lease to hunters this year but will keep trolling until we find those who we would like to have on the property. We are a family ranch since 1938 and have had old time hunters since the late 1940s. Hunting camp is available with RV hookups, water and electricity.

 Prospective hunters must have verified previous land-owner recommendations in addition to interview with owner. We have a beautiful property and a hunting website that will be available to serious respondents. We will consider all group options that have the same goals that the ranch has. We are surrounded by large non-hunting ranches and are mostly low-fenced. We may consider a larger group if it has a  good history and old time hunters we connect with. Hunters must have their own hunting blinds and feeders. Hunters will be allowed on the property every 8 weeks to keep their corn feeders filled year round. Protein feeding from Feb 16th thru Sept 1st is encouraged for larger antlers but is optional. Children under age 18 are allowed. Children over 18 may come as a guest. All children if hunting will use their parent leaseholder hunter’s tag.

BWC is into its 3rd season of management in its 5000 acre property in Hardin County deep East Texas, with some really nice bucks to go after,  and a family friendly environment giving peace of mind with no drama…. 8 cottonseed feeders & 2 protein feeders kept full year round , 3 covered tower stands, 2 others stands & a couple of portable stands that need seats. 4th generation  ranch that is well watered. 9.5 acres of alfalfa & 10 acres of wheat/tritacale mix. This ranch has really not been hunted in the last 4 years except for1 hunter that has come out for 33 yrs.from East Bernard. He has won the heaviest dressed division 3 times in the Trans Pecos Big Buck Tournament.We only had 2 hunters last year & both killed nice deer within the first week. The previous year(2024)  we only took the one hunter & he killed out early.

Accommodations are a Morgan building converted to a hunting cabin that sleeps 4, camp stove , refrigerator, microwave, tv,heater , ac, sink, & table. Bathroom is in another building with sink, shower, toilet,& heater.Fishing Pond out front that has some bass, catfish & perch. BBQ pit.

Located 15 minutes south of Uvalde and just off the Nueces River bottom along FM 1436.  We offer hunts during the Special White Wing Season and South Zone where we hunt over (Milo) fields surrounded by Sunflower Fields.  We have plenty of shade trees, 3 water ponds and located just off the Nueces River Flyway….  Ideally suited for 10 - 12 hunters.  

We are looking for a few family friendly management minded hunters. We are all about wildlife management and outdoor family fun. We are not a party lease, we are here to hunt and enjoy the outdoors. Children are more than welcome after all they are the future of our second amendment rights and what better way to get them off technology and get them in the outdoors. We pass on 4&1/2 year old 8 and 10 points, but shoot culls so the kiddos have their opportunity to enjoy hunting. We are MLD 3/ conservation so we hunt fron the 1st weekend in October till February 28th with riffle. Let’s enjoy the outdoors and hunt a longer rifle season together. We are serious about our hunting and family friendly environment so if you can’t be respectful please don’t respond. This pasture is located 15 miles west of Encinal is a 13,000+ acre pasture of a 50,000+ acre ranch IN THE HEART OF SOUTH TEXAS. Making this low-fenced pasture THE PRIME LOCATION for growing true South Texas Monster Whitetail. .We are currently looking for a couple of Trophy minded hunters that are able to let big deer walk until they’re in reach their MAXIMUM POTENTIAL. This pasture is know for harvesting 170-200+ deer in the last many years. This ranch has been able to grow 200”+ low fence, free range, native genetic whitetail and we plan on continuing this legacy. There are a couple spots available. The pasture has a great variety of terrain and brush making hunting always interesting and enjoyable!  The Headquarters pasture has all the amenities to be your all around perfect hunting lease. The amenities are: a 7 bed 6 bath ranch house with 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, and 2 sets of washer and dryers. Great drinking quality well water. Covered skinning rack with concrete floor, running water, Ice machine, and walk in cooler all located at the skinning rack. Outdoor fire pit for cooking with a covered awning right beside it. Also have several RV and mobile home hookups in camp with water, electricity and septic hookups. Large metal building nearby camp for storing Hunting vehicles and UTV(side by sides). (ATV's *four-wheelers are prohibited*) The pasture has 20+ stock tanks with 4-inch water lines to all to ensure water for deer at all times. The stock tanks are stocked with an abundance of Largemouth Bass. Bird hunting (Dove and Quail) and waterfowl are also available in an abundance for all to enjoy. Guests are allowed. Archery hunting is also allowed!

Natural Hill Country setting with low-fencing to ensure genetic diversity.  Not a deer farm, but natural hunting in a natural environment on a working ranch.  Bunk house with bathroom and kitchen, and RV hook-ups.  Feed room, lighted skinning rack and walk-in cooler.  Box blinds and feeders available for use, or you may bring your own.  Close to Hill Country State Natural Area and Lost Maples State Park.  Non-hunting guests are allowed with prior permission and a day fee.  To keep the number of hunters low, there is absolutely no lease sharing;  each hunter pays a lease fee.  You will not find a non-paying hunter in your blind or your bunk.  Hunters limited to 13 for the lease.  Looking for mature hunters to add to our current responsible and respectful group .  Absolutely no alcoholic beverages on the lease.  If you will email me, I'll send you more information. 

Exotics are present on the ranch, including fallow, axis, sika, aoudad, hogs and elk.  There is no extra fee for exotics. 

Lease is for the regular white-tail season.  No bow hunting.  No extended season.  Spring hunts available after hunters complete a white-tail sesaon, at the owner's discretion and for an extra fee.

Hunters may not live at the property for the entirety of the season;  hunting on weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Veteran Owned lease is available as a weekend lease. Cabin included, along with electricity (Geneator) ;and water ;Open for Dove and Turkey Season at $150.00 a day Cabin Included, also open for Hog Hunts at $150.00 a day (2 day minimum) Cabin included. Also available for Whitetail Deer and Axis, at $700.00 per gun (2 hunters minimum) Cabin included (Just for the Weekend ONLY). Axis Deer Hunt in the Whitetail Off Season $800.00 (Weekend ONLY) The lease had a good harvest last season with 4 kills (Whitetail) by hunters. Average of 85% sucess rate. I have the photos, will be available upon your request. I have proposed a limit on the lease at 2 Hunters allowed: 1 Buck, 1 Doe per gun, for Wildlife Conservation. Please provide proof of Verteran Status (DD-214, VA I.D. or Veteran on your License) for Veterans Discount. Times would be Friday check with Ranch Manager around 3:00pm to Sunday check out at 2:00pm.
