This lease has not been on the market for 30 years. 1500 beautiful hill country acres with many topographical changes. 1 hunters cabin and one 2 bedroom/2 bath house that has been recently remodeled and updated. Cypress creek runs through the middle of the property and on the other end of the property are very high hills. If you are really into hunting, you will need to feed protein while the horns are growing in the Spring and Summer. The neighbors have limited hunting if at all. You are able to harvest 10 mature bucks. Mature means minimum 5 years old. All of the long spikes that you see. 10 does and all of the hogs you see. We have a lot of turkey along Cypress creek and it is a lot of fun to call them up in Spring. A corporate lease is OK as long as you are responsible and have references. A family lease is also OK with references. If you want to single it out per gun, we will need all of the hunters names and references. No guest hunters. This is a working cattle ranch and the lessor runs his own cattle. Call for details.

2800 acres mostly low fenced, game managed protein fed 2015-2024 and  has not been hunted since 2023. Deer herd has been corn fed continually during 2025; however started off 2025 with protein and keep cell cameras on the feeder pens.. We are looking for hunters that have the same experience and high values that we have. So we may not lease to hunters this year but will keep trolling until we find those who we would like to have on the property. We are a family ranch since 1938 and have had old time hunters since the late 1940s. Hunting camp is available with RV hookups, water and electricity.

 Prospective hunters must have verified previous land-owner recommendations in addition to interview with owner. We have a beautiful property and a hunting website that will be available to serious respondents. We will consider all group options that have the same goals that the ranch has. We are surrounded by large non-hunting ranches and are mostly low-fenced. We may consider a larger group if it has a  good history and old time hunters we connect with. Hunters must have their own hunting blinds and feeders. Hunters will be allowed on the property every 8 weeks to keep their corn feeders filled year round. Protein feeding from Feb 16th thru Sept 1st is encouraged for larger antlers but is optional. Children under age 18 are allowed. Children over 18 may come as a guest. All children if hunting will use their parent leaseholder hunter’s tag.

We are offering one exclusive spot (+1 guest) on a privately managed, 500-acre high-fence ranch. This lease guarantees complete privacy-no other hunters will have access to the property during the lease period.

Whitetail Deer Management hunt – 1000.00 for two days hunting per hunter.  (September 27^th 2025-January 15^th, 2026)  1100 acres high fenced and managed year round.  Bag Limit 5 animals. Bag limit  2 Whitetail management bucks and one doe and two hogs.  Management buck defined as 3 ½ years of age or older 8 points short tined or less and not broken and will not score over 120 P/Y gross inches. If harvested buck scores over 120 inches gross a replacement fee of 200.00 per inch over 120 inches gross will apply.  If management buck has more than 8 points a replacement fee of  1000.00 per point over 8 points.

The property is a 24 acre mix of wooded and brush area, with deer frequently on and crossing the property. Several two day leases for up to 2, maybe 3 people, over the season. Reduced rates for single hunter/hunt team seeking multiple leases over the season. Limit of 2 deer per paid hunter per lease or hunting license limit, whichever is less. There are no blinds or feeder (you can use your own popup but leave no trace). Insurance required. Further details are provided in the lease agreement. No commercial hunting.

I am the owner/CEO of a hunting club, we are in our 30th year. We run 20 members on 2,000 acres, located in Hardin County, in the town of Honey Island, TX. I have a management team aid to sustain and develop our property and family culture. We harvest deer, hogs, bobcats and coyotes mostly, more importantly we make memories with our families and friends. There is nothing like telling them ole stories around the campfire, seeing who brings back the biggest deer to camp. Every man should experience seeing his child harvest game, pride and emotion will overwhelm you. Nothing beats spending time in the woods with your loved ones. We have a camp site for campers, RV’s or tents. 365-day hunting access each year. Each paying member gets one area to hunt, we don’t micromanage the number of deer stands and feeders each member can have in their hunting area, it’s up to the member. We go with the Hardin County bag limit, 4 deer per member. A guest harvest 4-day weekend, is available Thursday-Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend, each member can bring one guest to hunt their spot for the 4 days only, guest must have a valid TX hunting license, each guest can harvest one legal deer, unlimited hogs and unlimited predators during the 4 days. Spouse and immediate children in school, hunt at no additional charge, from the members spot. Feeding, planting and minerals are highly recommended. We have annual clean up days and meetings. Every member receives gate combination and rules/contract to sign for record keeping. Mandatory protein feeding from May through August. Mandatory hog panels around feeders. Surveillance cameras are utilized onsite, we maintain close relationships with the local State Game Wardens.
