We have 5 spots available for deer season on 350 acres – Mills County. Property loaded with deer. Has good cover, open areas, and some areas with thick cover. Some hog hunting also. Cattle on property outside deer season. There is an RV park and hotel one mile from property. 5 spots total on 350 acres. $3350 per hunter.

Rolling hills on a pine plantation that is privately owned. Hardwood lined stream. Friendly and law abiding owner looking for same. Located about 8 miles south of Jasper off Hwy 252. This property has a spring feed creek down the middle and has great access. Although this lease is only 4ac there is hundreds of acres all around it. You don't need a atv to hunt it. Bow hunting only. No dogs. 

2800 acres mostly low fenced, game managed protein fed 2015-2024 and  has not been hunted since 2023. Deer herd has been corn fed continually during 2025; however started off 2025 with protein and keep cell cameras on the feeder pens.. We are looking for hunters that have the same experience and high values that we have. So we may not lease to hunters this year but will keep trolling until we find those who we would like to have on the property. We are a family ranch since 1938 and have had old time hunters since the late 1940s. Hunting camp is available with RV hookups, water and electricity.

 Prospective hunters must have verified previous land-owner recommendations in addition to interview with owner. We have a beautiful property and a hunting website that will be available to serious respondents. We will consider all group options that have the same goals that the ranch has. We are surrounded by large non-hunting ranches and are mostly low-fenced. We may consider a larger group if it has a  good history and old time hunters we connect with. Hunters must have their own hunting blinds and feeders. Hunters will be allowed on the property every 8 weeks to keep their corn feeders filled year round. Protein feeding from Feb 16th thru Sept 1st is encouraged for larger antlers but is optional. Children under age 18 are allowed. Children over 18 may come as a guest. All children if hunting will use their parent leaseholder hunter’s tag.

4450acre ranch located off of Kimble County Rd KC 120, cabin, need 1 hunter to join an establish group. Have hunted this ranch for over 17 years. Game managed. 8 cottonseed feeders & 2 protein feeders kept full year round , 3 covered tower stands, 2 others stands & a couple of portable stands that need seats. 4th generation  ranch that is well watered. 9.5 acres of alfalfa & 10 acres of wheat/tritacale mix. This ranch has really not been hunted in the last 4 years except for1 hunter that has come out for 33 yrs.from East Bernard. He has won the heaviest dressed division 3 times in the Trans Pecos Big Buck Tournament.We only had 2 hunters last year & both killed nice deer within the first week. The previous year(2024)  we only took the one hunter & he killed out early.

Accommodations are a Morgan building converted to a hunting cabin that sleeps 4, camp stove , refrigerator, microwave, tv,heater , ac, sink, & table. Bathroom is in another building with sink, shower, toilet,& heater.Fishing Pond out front that has some bass, catfish & perch. BBQ pit.

I am the owner of .30-06 Hunting Club. We run 20 members on 2,000 acres, located in Hardin County in the town of Honey Island, TX. We are a family deer club, where women and children are accepted. I have a management team that aids in sustaining and developing our deer herd, property and family culture, as we move forward into our 31st year. We harvest quality deer, hogs, bobcats and coyotes mostly, more importantly we make memories with our families and friends. There is nothing like telling them ole stories around the campfire, seeing who brings back the biggest deer to camp. Every man should experience seeing his child harvesting game, pride and emotion will overwhelm you. Nothing beats spending time in the woods with your loved ones. I look forward to hunting with all our members, one day passing this deer club down to my children to run. No power onsite we use generators, we provide skinning racks. We have a large campsite for campers, RV’s or tents. There is 365 days of hunting access, good roads all year. Each paying member gets one area to hunt, the hunting parcels are turnkey formats and established, we don’t micromanage the number of deer stands and feeders each member can have in their hunting area, it’s up to the member. We go with the Hardin County bag limit of 4 deer per member, with mandatory protein feeding, hog panel program and only harvesting 3,5-year-old deer and older. A free guest harvest 4-day weekend is available, Thursday-Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend, each member can bring one guest to hunt their spot for the 4 days only. Guest must have a valid TX hunting license, each guest can harvest one legal deer, unlimited hogs and predators during the 4 days. Spouse and immediate children 18 years old and under, in school, hunt free at no additional charge from the member's hunting spot. Planting and a water source are highly recommended at your hunting spot. We have annual clean up days, meetings and brush hog days. After phone interview and property tour, potential member may have the opportunity to join the club, every member receives the gate combination, GPS pin to parcel and bylaw rules/contract to sign for record keeping. Surveillance cameras are utilized onsite, we maintain close relationships with the local State Game Wardens. My Grandpa was my hero and my hunting partner, we will continue to honor his vision of having an affordable and safe place for families to make memories. Only serious enquiries, this is not a beer lease, everything in moderation. Drama free hunting zone. We maintain an active prospect waiting list and utilize a vetting/interview process. $1475 per year.

MLD WT Season runs October through February

 Coleman Airport has a 4,500 ft paved runway.  Abilene Regional Airport is close.  

For 2026  the lease will be from March 1 through February 2027

Package hunts for whitetail bucks, does, axis deer and black buck antelope and turkey. 450 high fenced Acres in Texas Hill Country close to Harper Texas. Ranch is rolling hills cleared of all cedar.  Rifle hunting only. Price is per animal based on size of trophy and doe hunting is based on per doe. This is a day hunt lease and it works like this.....you pay $350 hunt fee per day, per person to hunt and if you harvest your animal the hunt fee is waived.   Dayhunt package includes 2 hunts, 1 morning and 1 evening hunt per day to hunt for the animal of your choice and B&C score. You are guaranteed to have a reasonable opportunity to harvest the animal of your choice.   If you are successful, and harvest an animal of your choice,  you only pay the published harvest fee or agreed to price before the hunt less one (1) days hunt fee. ( If an animal is wounded, We will try to find it but if it can not be retrieved, it will be counted as a Harvest and the full fee will be applied).   You will be required to make a deposit for the hunt.  Whitetail doe hunts available for $300 per doe.. Axis and blackbuck doe hunts available for $475 per doe. Cull/Mgmt Bucks $750, Trophy WT hunts quoted upon request, Average Axis and Blackbuck males $750, Trophy Axis Bucks (32"+)  $2750 and Black buck males (15"+) $2750. Turkeys $150 ea. Animals with lessor scores are also available at a quoted price.  Limited number available so make reservations and deposits early. We have some fine trophy axis and black bucks.  We may also have some trophy black bucks with broken horns that we sell to hunters for only $750.  These black bucks are true trophies and taxidermists can repair or replace horns for very little extra.....well worth the cost if you are looking for a trophy for the wall, and meat in the freezer. We have cleaning area with hanging rack, stainless steel cutting table and water for caring for your game. This is a day hunt so there are no accommodations.  Contact us for prices which are subject to change and negotiation depending on our backlog. Veteran Owned lease is available as a weekend lease. Cabin included, along with electricity (Geneator) ;and water ;Open for Dove and Turkey Season at $150.00 a day Cabin Included, also open for Hog Hunts at $150.00 a day (2 day minimum) Cabin included. Also available for Whitetail Deer and Axis, at $700.00 per gun (2 hunters minimum) Cabin included (Just for the Weekend ONLY). Axis Deer Hunt in the Whitetail Off Season $800.00 (Weekend ONLY) The lease had a good harvest last season with 4 kills (Whitetail) by hunters. Average of 85% sucess rate. I have the photos, will be available upon your request. I have proposed a limit on the lease at 2 Hunters allowed: 1 Buck, 1 Doe per gun, for Wildlife Conservation. Please provide proof of Verteran Status (DD-214, VA I.D. or Veteran on your License) for Veterans Discount. Times would be Friday check with Ranch Manager around 3:00pm to Sunday check out at 2:00pm.
