2800 acres mostly low fenced, game managed protein fed 2015-2024 and  has not been hunted since 2023. Deer herd has been corn fed continually during 2025; however started off 2025 with protein and keep cell cameras on the feeder pens.. We are looking for hunters that have the same experience and high values that we have. So we may not lease to hunters this year but will keep trolling until we find those who we would like to have on the property. We are a family ranch since 1938 and have had old time hunters since the late 1940s. Hunting camp is available with RV hookups, water and electricity.

 Prospective hunters must have verified previous land-owner recommendations in addition to interview with owner. We have a beautiful property and a hunting website that will be available to serious respondents. We will consider all group options that have the same goals that the ranch has. We are surrounded by large non-hunting ranches and are mostly low-fenced. We may consider a larger group if it has a  good history and old time hunters we connect with. Hunters must have their own hunting blinds and feeders. Hunters will be allowed on the property every 8 weeks to keep their corn feeders filled year round. Protein feeding from Feb 16th thru Sept 1st is encouraged for larger antlers but is optional. Children under age 18 are allowed. Children over 18 may come as a guest. All children if hunting will use their parent leaseholder hunter’s tag.

I am the owner/CEO of a hunting club, we are in our 30th year. We run 20 members on 2,000 acres, located in Hardin County, in the town of Honey Island, TX. I have a management team aid to sustain and develop our property and family culture. We harvest deer, hogs, bobcats and coyotes mostly, more importantly we make memories with our families and friends. There is nothing like telling them ole stories around the campfire, seeing who brings back the biggest deer to camp. Every man should experience seeing his child harvest game, pride and emotion will overwhelm you. Nothing beats spending time in the woods with your loved ones. I look forward to hunting with all our members, one day passing this deer club down to my children to run. No power onsite, we use generators. We have a camp site for campers, RV’s or tents. 365-day hunting access each year. Each paying member gets one area to hunt, we don’t micromanage the number of deer stands and feeders each member can have in their hunting area, it’s up to the member. We go with the Hardin County bag limit, 4 deer per member. A guest harvest 4-day weekend, is available Thursday-Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend, each member can bring one guest to hunt their spot for the 4 days only, guest must have a valid TX hunting license, each guest can harvest one legal deer, unlimited hogs and unlimited predators during the 4 days. Spouse and immediate children in school, hunt at no additional charge, from the members spot. Feeding, planting and minerals are highly recommended. We have annual clean up days and meetings. Every member receives gate combination and rules/contract to sign for record keeping. Mandatory protein feeding from May through August. Mandatory hog panels around feeders. Surveillance cameras are utilized onsite, we maintain close relationships with the local State Game Wardens. My Grandpa was my hero and my hunting partner, we will continue to honor his vision of having an affordable, close and safe place for families to make memories. This pasture is located 15 miles west of Encinal is a 13,000+ acre pasture of a 50,000+ acre ranch IN THE HEART OF SOUTH TEXAS. Making this low-fenced pasture THE PRIME LOCATION for growing true South Texas Monster Whitetail. .We are currently looking for a couple of Trophy minded hunters that are able to let big deer walk until they’re in reach their MAXIMUM POTENTIAL. This pasture is know for harvesting 170-200+ deer in the last many years. This ranch has been able to grow 200”+ low fence, free range, native genetic whitetail and we plan on continuing this legacy. There are a couple spots available. The pasture has a great variety of terrain and brush making hunting always interesting and enjoyable!  The Headquarters pasture has all the amenities to be your all around perfect hunting lease. The amenities are: a 7 bed 6 bath ranch house with 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, and 2 sets of washer and dryers. Great drinking quality well water. Covered skinning rack with concrete floor, running water, Ice machine, and walk in cooler all located at the skinning rack. Outdoor fire pit for cooking with a covered awning right beside it. Also have several RV and mobile home hookups in camp with water, electricity and septic hookups. Large metal building nearby camp for storing Hunting vehicles and UTV(side by sides). (ATV's *four-wheelers are prohibited*) The pasture has 20+ stock tanks with 4-inch water lines to all to ensure water for deer at all times. The stock tanks are stocked with an abundance of Largemouth Bass. Bird hunting (Dove and Quail) and waterfowl are also available in an abundance for all to enjoy. Guests are allowed. Archery hunting is also allowed!
