2800 acres mostly low fenced, game managed protein fed 2015-2024 and  has not been hunted since 2023. Deer herd has been corn fed continually during 2025; however started off 2025 with protein and keep cameras on the deer herd. We are looking for hunters that have the same high values that we have. So we may not lease to hunters this year but will keep trolling until we find those who we would like to have on the property. We are a family ranch since 1938. Hunters must have verified previous land-owner recommendations in addition to interview with owner. We have a beautiful property and a hunting website that will be available to serious respondents. We may consider group options that are appealing. We are surrounded by large non-hunting ranches and are mostly low-fenced. We may consider a larger group if it has a history and we connect with, old time hunters.

Lease is for the first 2 weeks of deer season, ending at noon Sunday of the third weekend. Feeders are filled with corn & blinds are ready to hunt in. Cabin is fully furnished with central air & heat, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms & full kitchen; everything you need except food.  Children can be hunters. Whitetail deer, hogs, turkey & coyotes. 4 hunters@ $2,000/hunter

Offering weekend bow and riffle hunts for Whitetail deer and Rio Grande Turkey, Located in Mason County Texas. One Mature buck and one doe or spike and one turkey, plus all the pigs you want. Includes a two-bedroom two-bath guest house, sleeps eight with full kitchen and large screened porch. Minimum of two hunters and Maximum of four hunters. Making this low-fenced pasture THE PRIME LOCATION for growing true South Texas Monster Whitetail. .We are currently looking for a couple of Trophy minded hunters that are able to let big deer walk until they’re in reach their MAXIMUM POTENTIAL. This pasture is know for harvesting 170-200+ deer in the last many years. This ranch has been able to grow 200”+ low fence, free range, native genetic whitetail and we plan on continuing this legacy. There are a couple spots available. The pasture has a great variety of terrain and brush making hunting always interesting and enjoyable!  The Headquarters pasture has all the amenities to be your all around perfect hunting lease. Lease is for the regular white-tail season.  No bow hunting.  No extended season.  Spring hunts available after hunters complete a white-tail sesaon, at the owner's discretion and for an extra fee.

Hunters may not live at the property for the entirety of the season;  hunting on weekdays, weekends and holidays.
