$50000 season lease and can renew for annual lease

Blue Water Reserve™ is a private hunting membership built for individuals and families who want a more structured, higher-standard East Texas hunting experience.

This is not a crowded, low-commitment lease. It is built for those who value strong standards, land stewardship, quality deer management, and a more selective membership culture.

We built this for families, business owners, executives, and serious hunters who value consistency, structure, and a better overall experience year after year.

Openings are limited and best suited for those looking for a long-term fit, a more controlled atmosphere, and a hunting environment that offers more than a typical public listing or low-end lease arrangement.

This lease starts at $4000.00/year and goes up from there depending on how involved you want to be in setting up and keeping your area productive.

If interested, reply with your name, city, how many hunters are in your group, whether children will be involved, and the type of setup you are looking for. If it appears to be a fit, the next step is a short phone call.
