Located 15 miles north of Rotan, Texas on Hwy 70.  2736 Acres (2072 acres in one block & 664 in another block approximately 1 mile north of the larger property).  Excellent stock tanks with solar-powered water well and electrical pole for camper hookups.  Campers allowed on site.  Property is located in Stonewall and Kent counties. Closest towns are Jayton, Aspermont & Rotan.  

This lease has only been hunted once in the last 6 years.  7 feeders and blinds are already in place and included.  30 acre food plot usually planted in winter wheat. 2 small ponds.  RV hookups with water, electric and sewage.  This property is located adjacent to a municipal lake (Lake Trammell) sitting on 900 acres that is off limits to hunting providing a generous population of wildlife.  My other 3 neighbors do not hunt. Terrain is gently rolling with much cover of cedar, mesquite and live oak. All weather roads.  Open pockets of cover and shooting lanes offer shooting opportunities. 5 deer county. 2 bucks 3 doe. No size restrictions. Typical mature buck is 8 point in the 130 class. 

We are looking for a few family friendly management minded hunters. We are all about wildlife management and outdoor family fun. We are not a party lease, we are here to hunt and enjoy the outdoors. Children are more than welcome after all they are the future of our second amendment rights and what better way to get them off technology and get them in the outdoors. We pass on 4&1/2 year old 8 and 10 points, but shoot culls so the kiddos have their opportunity to enjoy hunting. We are MLD 3/ conservation so we hunt fron the 1st weekend in October till February 28th with riffle. Let’s enjoy the outdoors and hunt a longer rifle season together. We are serious about our hunting and family friendly environment so if you can’t be respectful please don’t respond. Lease price also includes a year supply of minerals we use for herd health and antler growth.

Package hunts for whitetail bucks, does, axis deer and black buck antelope and turkey. 450 high fenced Acres in Texas Hill Country close to Harper Texas. Ranch is rolling hills cleared of all cedar.  Rifle hunting only. Price is per animal based on size of trophy and doe hunting is based on per doe. This is a day hunt lease and it works like this.....you pay $350 hunt fee per day, per person to hunt and if you harvest your animal the hunt fee is waived.  This is a Guaranteed Hunt...you are guaranteed 2 hunts, 1 morning and 1 evening hunt per day to hunt for the animal of your choice and B&C score. You are guaranteed to have a reasonable opportunity to harvest the animal of your choice.   If you are successful, and harvest an animal of your choice,  you only pay the published harvest fee or agreed to price before the hunt less one (1) days hunt fee. ( If an animal is wounded, We will try to find it but if it can not be retrieved, it will be counted as a Harvest and the full fee will be applied).   You will be required to make a deposit for the hunt.  Whitetail doe hunts available for $250 per doe.. Axis and blackbuck doe hunts available for $375 per doe. Cull/Mgmt Bucks $750, Trophy WT hunts quoted upon request, Average Axis and Blackbuck males $750, Trophy Axis Bucks (28"+)  $1850 and Black buck males (15"+) $1850. Turkeys $150 ea. Limited number available so make reservations and deposits early. We have some fine trophy axis and black bucks.  We may also have some trophy black bucks with broken horns that we sell to hunters for only $750.  These black bucks are true trophies and taxidermists can repair or replace horns for very little extra.....well worth the cost if you are looking for a trophy for the wall, and meat in the freezer. We have cleaning area with hanging rack, stainless steel cutting table and water for caring for your game. Package hunt on this beautiful central Texas Hill Country ranch. 337 Acres. Hosting 2-3 guns per weekend. Package cost is $1120 and includes lodging on site in our comfortable bunkhouse. Bunkhouse has electric, heating and AC, running potable water, kitchenette with all utensils, microwave, toaster oven, coffee makers, refrigerator, bunk beds and cots. Hunters may take 2 mature Toms per gun, varmints and predators including hogs. Shotgun only.  Your hunt includes Friday arrival, with hunting on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday. Sunday departure.
