We’re looking for 9 hunters @ $4600 a gun to fill a 15 gun, year round, family and guest friendly lease in Tom Green County. Lease is 17,200 acres just north of San Angelo. There is a lodge, 4 bunk houses, 3 RV hook ups, skinning shed with hot & cold running water, large covered sitting area outside with outdoor fireplace, covered parking area for your buggies. This place is MLD, the manager is talking about moving to Conservation program this year, has been in Harvest program in the past, but was not hunted at all last year. The place is thick Mesquite country, with some Live oaks in the draws up on the North end. Whitetails, Hogs, Javelinas, huntable population of quail, and the dove is supposed to be outstanding as well. The place is pretty unique as far as payment terms, we pay half the money in cash, and the other half is paid for with “In-kind” work. AKA, land clearing, roads, food plots, fences, water lines, basically anything that improves the property. He’ll give it us for $8.00 an acre for the 1st 2 years if we agree to shoot management bucks and doe’s only. The $8.00 an acre is split in half, we pay $4.00 an acre in cash, and the other $4.00 per acre is paid for with “In-kind” work. This place has a lot to offer, if anyone is interested, please call or text me.

My son has pics and videos of the place, I'll have to get them from him.

Call or text is the best way to get in touch with me.

Thanks in advance!
