SEASONAL HUNTING LEASE

AXIS DEER

Gillespie County, 5 miles from Fredericksburg, TX.

9 days, February 7 – 15, 2026 (Saturday – Sunday)

Lease cost is $4,000 for up to 4 hunters in your single group. Guests allowed.

Harvest quota per hunter = a total of 3 deer: 

Either {1 axis buck + 2 axis does}  OR  {0 axis bucks + 3 axis does}

Optional 4^th axis deer for $1,500

Hunters must provide their own pop-up blinds & feeders.

Recently renovated hunting cabin is included & offers a full kitchen, bathroom (sink, toilet, shower), bunk beds, water, electricity, HVAC & lighted gambrel for deer cleaning.

A creek runs through the property.

2800 acres mostly low fenced, game managed protein fed 2015-2024 and  has not been hunted since 2023. Deer herd has been corn fed continually during 2025; however started off 2025 with protein and keep cell cameras on the feeder pens.. We are looking for hunters that have the same experience and high values that we have. So we may not lease to hunters this year but will keep trolling until we find those who we would like to have on the property. We are a family ranch since 1938 and have had old time hunters since the late 1940s. Hunting camp is available with RV hookups, water and electricity.

 Prospective hunters must have verified previous land-owner recommendations in addition to interview with owner. We have a beautiful property and a hunting website that will be available to serious respondents. We will consider all group options that have the same goals that the ranch has. We are surrounded by large non-hunting ranches and are mostly low-fenced. We may consider a larger group if it has a  good history and old time hunters we connect with. Hunters must have their own hunting blinds and feeders. Hunters will be allowed on the property every 8 weeks to keep their corn feeders filled year round. Protein feeding from Feb 16th thru Sept 1st is encouraged for larger antlers but is optional. Children under age 18 are allowed. Children over 18 may come as a guest. All children if hunting will use their parent leaseholder hunter’s tag.

2100 acres of 6500 acre trophy deer lease. Looking for 2 management trophy deer hunters. 4 totals hunters for the lease. $7500 per gun plus share of protein and cottonseed and other lease expenses. Fed year round. One guest per trip. 2100 acres high fenced.  Electric, sewer and water for campers. First payment March 1 and second September 1. This is not a fill your tags lease but growing mature trophies. 

Axis, Blackbuck and Fallow Hunts

3 bedroom lodge with pool and hot tub

Price is per Hunter and includes lodging, guide, meals and 1 Axis or 1 Blackbuck trophy. 
Additional Axis does can be harvested after trophy hunt for $500 each. 
Fallow Trophy- 1 Chocolate Fallow available-$6000. Can send pictures if interested. 

Package hunts for whitetail bucks, does, axis deer and black buck antelope and turkey. 450 high fenced Acres in Texas Hill Country close to Harper Texas. Ranch is rolling hills cleared of all cedar.  Rifle hunting only. Price is per animal based on size of trophy and doe hunting is based on per doe. This is a day hunt lease and it works like this.....you pay $350 hunt fee per day, per person to hunt and if you harvest your animal the hunt fee is waived.   Dayhunt package includes 2 hunts, 1 morning and 1 evening hunt per day to hunt for the animal of your choice and B&C score. You are guaranteed to have a reasonable opportunity to harvest the animal of your choice.   If you are successful, and harvest an animal of your choice,  you only pay the published harvest fee or agreed to price before the hunt less one (1) days hunt fee. ( If an animal is wounded, We will try to find it but if it can not be retrieved, it will be counted as a Harvest and the full fee will be applied).   You will be required to make a deposit for the hunt.  Whitetail doe hunts available for $300 per doe.. Axis and blackbuck doe hunts available for $475 per doe. Cull/Mgmt Bucks $750, Trophy WT hunts quoted upon request, Average Axis and Blackbuck males $750, Trophy Axis Bucks (32"+)  $2750 and Black buck males (15"+) $2750. Turkeys $150 ea. Animals with lessor scores are also available at a quoted price.  Limited number available so make reservations and deposits early. We have some fine trophy axis and black bucks.  We may also have some trophy black bucks with broken horns that we sell to hunters for only $750.  These black bucks are true trophies and taxidermists can repair or replace horns for very little extra.....well worth the cost if you are looking for a trophy for the wall, and meat in the freezer. We have cleaning area with hanging rack, stainless steel cutting table and water for caring for your game. This is a day hunt so there are no accommodations.  Contact us for prices which are subject to change and negotiation depending on our backlog. 1100 acres high fenced, with a great lodge and intensely managed now booking archery exotic hunts year round. Package is 1000.00 for two days hunting per hunter. Lodging included. Additional days can be added at the rate of 500.00 per day. Hunt price reflects a cash/check discount. This discount is not valid for credit card purchases. Add 3 % to the total cost for credit card purchases. Bag limit is your choice of either a mature axis buck(must be hard horned and have at least one main beam of 27 inches or longer measured from the bur to the tip following the beam) and one axis doe and two hogs per two days hunting. If your buck is under 27 inches in length on one main beam a replacement fee of 2000.00 will apply. You can hunt one of the 11 feeders going off twice a day or set up on feed route through the ranch. Bring your food, drinks, bedding, wash and dry towels and bag of corn and your set. ATV/UTV's are welcome to get around the ranch. The kitchen is fully furnished.

Its that time of year again. Offering archery turkey hunts starting  March 28th 2026- May 10th 2026. 1100 acres loaded with birds. 500.00 per hunter for two days hunting. Hunt price reflects a cash/check discount. This discount is not valid for credit card purchases. Add 3% to the total cost for credit card purchases. Lodging included. Bag limit is one turkey tom and two hogs. Bring your bedding, food and drink, blind and decoys and you are set. 50% deposit required to reserve dates.
