Located 15 miles north of Rotan, Texas on Hwy 70.  2736 Acres (2072 acres in one block & 664 in another block approximately 1 mile north of the larger property).  Excellent stock tanks with solar-powered water well and electrical pole for camper hookups.  Campers allowed on site.  Property is located in Stonewall and Kent counties. Closest towns are Jayton, Aspermont & Rotan.  

We are looking for a few family friendly management minded hunters. We are all about wildlife management and outdoor family fun. We are not a party lease, we are here to hunt and enjoy the outdoors. Children are more than welcome after all they are the future of our second amendment rights and what better way to get them off technology and get them in the outdoors. We pass on 4&1/2 year old 8 and 10 points, but shoot culls so the kiddos have their opportunity to enjoy hunting. We are MLD 3/ conservation so we hunt fron the 1st weekend in October till February 28th with riffle. Let’s enjoy the outdoors and hunt a longer rifle season together. We are serious about our hunting and family friendly environment so if you can’t be respectful please don’t respond. Lease price also includes a year supply of minerals we use for herd health and antler growth.

(September 27^th, 2025 – November 15^th or longer depending on tags available) - $800.00 for two days hunting per hunter.  Bag limit is two whitetail Doe and two Hogs per two days hunting  11 feeders feeding year round with a tripod or ground blind on them.  Lodging included.  Bring your bed roll, bath towels, food and drinks, charcoal for grilling.  50% deposit to book dates.  

1100 acre ranch high fenced and intensely managed offering Ram hunts for 1200.00 for two days hunting per hunter.  Bag limit one ram (must be a full curl or larger), one axis doe or one whitetail doe(in season) and two hogs per two days hunting.  11 feeders set with either a tripod or ground blind feeding year round.  Lodging included.  Bring bedding, bath towels, food and drinks, Charcoal for grilling.  

1100 acres high fenced, with a great lodge and intensely managed now booking archery exotic hunts year round. Package is 1000.00 for two days hunting per hunter. Lodging included. Additional days can be added at the rate of 500.00 per day. Hunt price reflects a cash/check discount. This discount is not valid for credit card purchases. Add 3 % to the total cost for credit card purchases. Bag limit is your choice of either a mature axis buck(must be hard horned and have at least one main beam of 27 inches or longer measured from the bur to the tip following the beam) and one axis doe and two hogs per two days hunting. If your buck is under 27 inches in length on one main beam a replacement fee of 2000.00 will apply. You can hunt one of the 11 feeders going off twice a day or set up on feed route through the ranch. Bring your food, drinks, bedding, wash and dry towels and bag of corn and your set. ATV/UTV's are welcome to get around the ranch. The kitchen is fully furnished.

Package hunt on this beautiful central Texas Hill Country ranch. 337 Acres. Hosting 2-3 guns per weekend. Package cost is $1120 and includes lodging on site in our comfortable bunkhouse. Bunkhouse has electric, heating and AC, running potable water, kitchenette with all utensils, microwave, toaster oven, coffee makers, refrigerator, bunk beds and cots. Hunters may take 2 mature Toms per gun, varmints and predators including hogs. Shotgun only.  Your hunt includes Friday arrival, with hunting on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday. Exotics are present on the ranch, including fallow, axis, sika, aoudad, hogs and elk.  There is no extra fee for exotics. 

Lease is for the regular white-tail season.  No bow hunting.  No extended season.  Spring hunts available after hunters complete a white-tail sesaon, at the owner's discretion and for an extra fee.

Hunters may not live at the property for the entirety of the season;  hunting on weekdays, weekends and holidays.
