Hunting lease available in northern Montague County, TX near the Red River in the scenic Cross Timbers region. Previous hunters moved out of the area and needing to re-lease asap. Property includes 300 acres of prime habitat for whitetail deer, hogs, and other game. Lease price is $5,000/gun up to 3 hunters, or $6,000/gun for 2 hunters. Kids under 16 hunt free! Easy drive from DFW, Wichita Falls, Sherman, Durant, etc. ATVs and tent camping welcome! Space for one RV, no hookup. We are looking for a few family friendly management minded hunters. We are all about wildlife management and outdoor family fun. We are not a party lease, we are here to hunt and enjoy the outdoors. Children are more than welcome after all they are the future of our second amendment rights and what better way to get them off technology and get them in the outdoors. We pass on 4&1/2 year old 8 and 10 points, but shoot culls so the kiddos have their opportunity to enjoy hunting. We are MLD 3/ conservation so we hunt fron the 1st weekend in October till February 28th with riffle. Let’s enjoy the outdoors and hunt a longer rifle season together. We are serious about our hunting and family friendly environment so if you can’t be respectful please don’t respond. Lease price also includes a year supply of minerals we use for herd health and antler growth.

Whitetail Doe and Hog Pkg. (September 27^th, 2025 – January 30th 2026 or longer depending on tags available) - $800.00 for two days hunting per hunter.  Bag limit is two whitetail Doe and two Hogs per two days hunting  11 feeders feeding year round with a tripod or ground blind on them.  Lodging included.  Bring your bed roll, bath towels, food and drinks, charcoal for grilling.  50% deposit to book dates.  

1100 acre ranch high fenced and intensely managed offering Ram hunts for 1200.00 for two days hunting per hunter.  Bag limit one ram (must be a full curl or larger), one axis doe or one whitetail doe(in season) and two hogs per two days hunting.  11 feeders set with either a tripod or ground blind feeding year round.  Lodging included.  Bring bedding, bath towels, food and drinks, Charcoal for grilling.  

1100 acres high fenced, with a great lodge and intensely managed now booking archery exotic hunts year round. Package is 1000.00 for two days hunting per hunter. Lodging included. Additional days can be added at the rate of 500.00 per day. Hunt price reflects a cash/check discount. This discount is not valid for credit card purchases. Add 3 % to the total cost for credit card purchases. Bag limit is your choice of either a mature axis buck(must be hard horned and have at least one main beam of 27 inches or longer measured from the bur to the tip following the beam) and one axis doe and two hogs per two days hunting. If your buck is under 27 inches in length on one main beam a replacement fee of 2000.00 will apply. You can hunt one of the 11 feeders going off twice a day or set up on feed route through the ranch. Bring your food, drinks, bedding, wash and dry towels and bag of corn and your set. ATV/UTV's are welcome to get around the ranch. The kitchen is fully furnished.

1100 acres high fenced & booking archery hog hunts. 412.00 (discounted to 400.00  for cash or check) per hunter per two day hunt. Lodging included. Game cooler on ranch. Additional days can be added at 200.00 per day. Bag limit is 4 hogs of any size. No trophy or kill fees! 11 feeders throwing corn twice a day. Bring your bedding, food and drinks and you are set.
