8500 Acres in Newton County

We have 8600 Acres with 20 paid spots, serval members has two spots we are MLD 3. Must feed protein from February through October & corn year round. You will need to have feeders pins around your protein feeder. We are very selective on what is killed off of the place. This is a very strict management lease, we have very strict rules in place. We run two hog traps year around to help on the hogs. The place is a lot of work, dues are $2670 plus $400 if you have camper. If you would like more  info please send a PM. 

We have serval work weekend through out the year to keep the place up and in shape. Must have an ATV are UTV to keep from tearing up the roads when they are wet. 

The only reason we are adding people is due to the timber company going up every year. We would like to add a group of 6 people that know each other.  This lease has a small group of people with no drama and no issues and we are going to keep this way.
