SEASONAL HUNTING LEASE

AXIS DEER

Gillespie County, 5 miles from Fredericksburg, TX.

9 days, March 7 - 15, 2026 (Saturday – Sunday)

Lease cost is $4,000 for up to 4 hunters in your single group. Guests allowed.

PER HUNTER:

Harvest quota per hunter = a total of 3 deer: 

Either {1 axis buck + 2 axis does}  OR  {0 axis bucks + 3 axis does}

Optional 4^th axis deer (buck or doe) for $2,500 extra

Hunters must provide their own pop-up blinds & feeders. Feeder pens available for your use.

Recently renovated hunting cabin is included & offers a kitchen, bathroom (sink, toilet, shower), 3 twin bunk beds, water, electricity, HVAC & lighted gambrel for deer cleaning.

Wooded pasture land. A creek runs through the property.
